If I do this will I have to do this everyday or every week?
Do I have to have a degree or any special schooling?
Can I write about anything or any trade not just my own?

No, you may post when ever you feel like blogging.
No, you don't need a degree or any special schooling, its just your opinion & your experiences.
You may view things one way and someone else may view it in a different way but thats ok its just your opinion.
Yes, you may blog about anything as long as it is home-improvement or construction related.
You may blog or write an article about any trade, again its just your thoughts.
