The way we have the contractor classified ads designed is to make it easier for employees to find the job they want without having to go through the clutter...   I need a secretary, can I place an ad for that? Can I post for other positions need for my construction company? Yes, you may place an ad for a secretary, salesperson, office manager what ever you need. Our point was that this isn't the best place to post a need for a "dog groomer" for example, we want all employers to know that when they place an ad for a construction employee it want get lost in the clutter and employees will know this is where they can go to find full time construction jobs without the clutter.   Will I have to pay a "head hunters fee" or any other fees? If I accept a job, will I have to pay any fees? No, this is a free service for all of our members, employers and employees. BUT not for paid professional. "Head hunters" will have their ads removed and memberships deleted   I need to fill many positions, can I do that without getting deleted? Don't delete me because you think I'm a head hunter how will you know the difference? First please post all the positions you need to fill, that's what we want and employees need. Second we will look at your company profile to help us determined who you are.
